Biography

It all started when I was a (male) model. People would edge up to me and ask things like "How do you get rid of this?" or "How do you make these bigger?" Generally I would have the answer and would spend the next 20 minutes explaining and showing. I was happy to do this -- I find it a pleasure to help people as best I can.

A few years passed and as I was deciding what to do after I quit modeling, my roommate's girlfriend, a personal trainer, suggested that I would also make a good personal trainer (the law of attraction at work?). She suggested I seek accreditation, which I did, and within no time I had my first client.

My philosophy is: Get healthy first. Weight-loss, muscle gain, fitness, sports-specific training and anti-aging are all easier and faster if you are healthy.

How do you get healthy? I hear you ask.

Answer. Eat well, exercise in moderation and relax.

What do I mean "eat well"?

Short answer. Stay away from fast food, eat more fruits and vegetables, and drink more water.

Exercise. Most people overdo it in the beginning. It probably took you years to get in your current shape, so let's not panic about 'undoing' it!

What do you mean relax, you @#$%? I am relaxed!!!! Enough said.

Sounds simple enough, doesn't it -- if I've heard that once I've heard that a thousand times. That's why there's more sickness, obesity and diabetes out there than ever before.

There is much to be learned about health, fitness, training, nutrition and all of those related topics. My blog will cover these and many other related subjects, in an easy-to-understand format. The focus is on your attaining your goals safely -- and having some fun along the way.
